Recently, Hebei Provincial Department of industry and information technology, Department of housing and urban rural development and Department of science and technology of Hebei Province jointly issued the special plan for the development of passive ultra-low energy consumption building industry in Hebei Province (2020-2025) (referred to as the "special plan") to accelerate the high-quality development of passive ultra-low energy consumption building industry.


Yuansheng micro workshop prototype house is a modern high-quality office space built by Yuansheng Chengfa group. It is a nearly zero carbon building with nearly balanced electricity consumption throughout the year, integrating building photovoltaic integration, ultra-low energy consumption passive building, ground source heat pump (and air source heat pump), capillary radiation air conditioning system, intelligent energy management and control system and other high and new technologies. The total construction area of the project is 4000 square meters, and the four single building buildings adopt courtyard layout, which truly realizes "zero carbon, green, intelligent and livable". Under the guidance of zero carbon concept, Yuansheng micro workshop prototype house collects various technical operation parameters and makes positive contributions to the realization of green and low-carbon building development and response to global climate change.


1. Ground source heat pump system

Ground source heat pump (GSHP) system is a new energy system which uses shallow ground energy for heating and cooling. It usually transfers the heat or cooling capacity of underground soil to the required place, which makes use of the huge heat and cold storage capacity of underground soil. In winter, the ground source transfers heat from underground soil to buildings, and in summer, it transfers underground cooling capacity to buildings, forming a cooling and heating cycle system every year to realize the function of energy conservation and emission reduction. Due to the high thermal inertia of soil, the internal temperature is constant, which can provide high-quality energy. By using ground source heat pump technology, the micro workshop can save energy by 70% compared with electric heating.


2. Air source heat pump system

In order to compare the energy consumption of different air conditioning systems, the air source heat pump system is used in one of the buildings. The air source heat pump system obtains energy directly from the air. In summer, the excess heat in the room is transported to the outdoor air through the heat pump, and in winter, the heat is transferred to the indoor from the outside. Small floor area, flexible installation. Because the air source heat pump is based on the principle of air energy, only a small amount of electric energy can be driven, saving about 20% of the power consumption compared with the traditional heat pump.

3. Capillary radiation air conditioning system

Capillary radiation air conditioning system is a new type of energy-saving and high comfort indoor air-conditioning system, which can minimize the energy consumption of the whole building air-conditioning system. The capillary system is combined with the fresh air system, using fine automatic control technology to accurately control the indoor temperature, humidity and oxygen content, so as to achieve a very comfortable indoor environment. The system has four advantages, which can save 28-40% energy than the conventional air-conditioning system. The capillary system and ground source heat pump system can achieve the best energy-saving effect, about 70%; the thickness of capillary is generally less than 5mm, and the thickness of cement wrapped capillary is usually 15-20mm when the capillary is installed; the weight of capillary filled with water is 600-900g / m2, which can be laid flexibly with little additional load Closed operation, no pollution of waste water and exhaust gas.
